Running a small business is tough, especially when legal issues arise. That's why we're proud to offer pro bono legal services to small business owners in our community. We're dedicated to helping you navigate the legal landscape and protect your business. Whether you need help with your partners, suppliers, contracts, employment issues, or intellectual property, we're here to provide the legal guidance you need to succeed. OUR STORY
From the moment we started our legal and financial practices, we understood that small independent businesses struggle with the legal and financial side of going national/international. We have also realized that by working together with the community, we could push businesses forward and create a positive impact.
That is why we ultimately decided to launch the clinic for small businesses: a two years incubator for small businesses seeking to go big. The clinic will provide free legal and (through our partners) financial services for up to 5 qualified* starting independent professionals each year so that they transition their passion to large-scale operations.
TERMS OF SUBMISSION
Operate a full-time legitimate practice;
Have yearly revenue of ILS 50k-800k, including spouse income;
Present a business plan to reach annual revenue of ILS 2-25 million;
Show reasonable margin predictions;
Hold clean criminal record;
Meet the document requirements of the clinic;
Undertake certain commitments for business ethics and integrity.
