Adv. (CPA) Gilad Finkelstein represents corporations and individuals on a broad range of commercial matters, focusing on finance and accountancy-related topics. His practice areas are international transactions and commercial litigation.

Adv. Finkelstein has carried out both legal and financial sides of large-scale international transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions; investment round financing; distribution agreements; and other business collaborations. His industry of focus is hi-tech - from SaaS companies to semi-conductors manufacturers.

In addition, throughout the years adv. Finkelstein has participated in high-profile court cases in securities, corporate governance, international proceedings, contractual disputes, tenders, mega-DBOT arbitrations, and other administrative litigation, including with the Supreme Court.

Before founding the firm, adv. Finkelstein worked in Tel Aviv's most prominent law and financial consulting firms. For several years he held a position as a teaching assistant in corporate law and jurisprudence courses.
